The production will be staged later this year with professional training offered to all suitable candidates with rehearsals taking place on Saturday afternoons from 11.30am-1pm at The Highbury Theatre Centre. What happens after the trial & expectations :

If you are successful and offered a part within the cast, we will send you further information about the performance, Class Act Drama Centre, the centre’s membership details and membership forms to complete and consider should you wish to accept your place.  If you have not been successful on this occasion we may offer you a part in an alternative group, or retain your details for further castings that we are working on.  It is with regret that due to availability we cannot offer every child a place within a cast. However, we will inform every candidate of our decision.

Class Act Drama Centre workshop classes & theatre projects are not reliant on external funding.  Due to continual cuts in arts funding and to ensure continuity and the success of projects subscriptions are charged. Each member of the drama class will have a membership fee equating to £ 8.50 to £9.75 ( depending on venue hire charges ) per week for their training and participation in the project. If successful all members are guaranteed a speaking role. Successful siblings will be offered a discounted rate. There are 5 scholarship places that provide free training for successful members who are not in a financial position to contribute to fees. Fees include weekly training in a class, tuition, rehearsal, room hire & access to script materials. Full details will be supplied to all successful candidates under no obligation. Shows & casting are at directors discretion
